Evergettiredofmakinguppostnames?

That is why I didn't bother to come up with one. :P
Sunday was Sabrina's birthday, She is two! The whole thing was Brave themed. I love that movie.

Unfortuanately my camera died. So I only really got pictures of the pinata. :(
So I didn't get a picture of the cakes Ashlee made that were a lot like the ones the boys are always stealing.

They were amazing! I tried to get a picture of Sabrina in her beautiful dress, but she was getting anxious.

Oh, well. I tried.
Ashlee also made  an awesome pinata to look like the little bears the boys turned into in the movie.

Doesn't it look just like them?

The bat was a little heavy.

Sabrina is such a girly. She kept just lightly tapping it. ;P

Elsie's trun! jk

Silas had trouble finding it to hit it.

I just thought this was an adorable picture of Malachi

And that is about when my camera died.

Here's a verse for ya
Psalm 30:5
For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.

It Twas a Beautiful Day

So Pop, Silas, and I decided to enjoy it by going to the park and messing around with the basketball.
Eek! Dad got us a new ball! I know I'm weird. Only weirdies like Rebekah and I would freak out about a new ball. But, it's so nice, and has such nice grip! C'mon all my basketball players out there. You know what I mean, right? (cricket)
Okay........moving on.

I made a new necklace today. Well, more over a few days.

A cross, highlighted by a pearl.

I had been wanting a cross neclace. It had to be just the right size, and silver. And since I am kind of picky, I kind of figured I would never find one that was right. So I made my own.
I had a pearl necklace I never wore, so I cut it and got a bead off that. (They were not real pearls)

I think it turned out pretty well, for not having any jump rings to attach the cross and bead. I plan to order those soon. When I get some money.

And Exciting news! I finished my mathbook! I was excited. That means I only have one more till I am done with math for like forever. That's a weird thought. All my life One thing has always been for sure, that I would always have more books and school the next year. But, in a couple of years there won't be more books. I'll be done. What am I going to do, you ask? Actually, pretty much what every adult that I have talked to in the past month has asked me. My answer? Well, I don't really have one. I don't really think I want to go to collage. I have always thought it would be neat to go on a mission trip. I keep praying for God's plan to be revealed.
So my answer? "God will tell me when it's time."

The Truly Saved Have Eyes of Faith, and Lips of Thanks

"Everytime you feel in God's creatures something pleasing and attractive, do not let your attention be arrested by them alone, but, passing them by, transfer your thought to God and say: 'Oh my God, if Thy creations are so full of beauty, delight and joy, how infinitely more full of beauty, delight and joy art Thou Thyself, Creator of all'!" ~Nicodemus of the Holy Moutain  (exerpt from One Thousand Gifts, by Ann Voskamp)

{Gifts 16-20}

16. Noisy air vents

17. Shiny curtains

18. Trees reaching high to the sky

19. Crisp, tangy oranges

20. A little lamp trying to clear the darkness

This Gift counting has been quite a journey for me. It seems like such a little task, but feels so large. I actually have written down a lot more. I am just slow getting them on here. ;)
How to explain what I have learned from this simple task? I can't. I have learned so much, and I am sure I will learn a lot more before 1000.
It has brought me a joy inside I can't explain. Yesterday before school. I just sat there for an hour reading the book, reading my bible, jotting down gifts, and praying.
You can read what Ann wrote here about it http://onethousandgifts.com/a-letter-from-ann
And I guess I can't really relate with her when it comes to being a mother. Well, for a short time period I did all that laundry, all those dishes, took care of kiddos, and, it seemed, did more laundry. (when I was helping Jen) But, even though I am not a mom, and pretty sure none of you who are reading this are, I have my own 'drag down' things that keep me from remembering why I am really here. And that is to praise and thank God for everything.

Have a wonderful, beautiful day. And get out and enjoy this awesome weather were having. Well, it was awesome yesterday. I haven't been out yet today. ;) Hopefully it's just as nice.

Which Austin Heroine are You?

I have always loved Jane Austin's classics. The dresses, the stories, the tea... Maybe too much sometimes.
I took a quiz to see which Austin heroine I am most like. And I am Elizabeth Bennet:
You are Elizabeth Bennet of Pride & Prejudice! You are intelligent, witty, and tremendously attractive. You have a good head on your shoulders, and oftentimes find yourself the lone beacon of reason in a sea of ridiculousness. You take great pleasure in many things. You are proficient in nearly all of them, though you will never own it. Lest you seem too perfect, you have a tendency toward prejudgement that serves you very ill indeed.
See which one you are Here. Do it! Then leave a comment who you are.
